Retail Management Apprentice (m/f/d) – Hamburg-Rothenbaumchaussee (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will gain hands-on experience in every area of store operations – from goods receipt and shelf management to expert customer advice on organic products. You ensure appealing product presentation, advise customers competently on organic foods, operate the checkout, plan promotions and handle ordering and warehousing tasks. Working closely with the teams at the cheese, bakery and bistro counters as well as the back office, you help ensure smooth daily operations.

Your responsibilities:

• attractive presentation of high-quality organic foods
• competent, friendly customer service
• cashier duties and cash reconciliation
• planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns
• ordering, receiving, quality control and storage of goods
• support with seasonal displays and promotional activities
