Retail Apprenticeship (m/f/d) - Hanover-Hildesheimstraße (2026)

At Denns BioMarkt your apprenticeship covers every store department – from goods receipt and checkout to customer advice and promotional campaigns. You present organic food attractively, advise customers expertly, organise ordering and storage processes and actively promote products at the cheese, bakery and bistro counters.
You should have at least a secondary school leaving certificate, enjoy dealing with people, strong team skills and an interest in organic and natural products.
We offer a varied apprenticeship with excellent prospects of permanent employment, 36 days’ holiday (6-day week), 20 % staff discount, the eLearning platform "Knowledge makes ORGANIC", team events and an unlimited full-time contract after successful completion. Training allowance: €1,200 (Year 1), €1,250 (Year 2), €1,300 (Year 3) gross per month.
