Start your three-year retail apprenticeship (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarkt Iserlohn in 2026. Rotate through every store department – from goods receipt, fresh counters and checkout to promotions and back office – and become an organic expert. Provide knowledgeable advice on natural foods, merchandise attractively, manage orders and support marketing campaigns. We offer 36 days’ leave (6-day week), 20 % staff discount, e-learning platform “Knowledge makes BIO”, annual team events and excellent chances of permanent employment after graduation. Salary: €1,200 (year 1), €1,250 (year 2), €1,300 (year 3) gross/month.

Your responsibilities:

• Attractive presentation of premium organic foods
• Comprehensive, friendly customer consultation
• Cashiering and cash reconciliation
• Implementation of promotional activities
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Assisting with sales campaigns and seasonal placements
