Apprenticeship Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) – Organic Market Jena 2026

During your 3-year retail apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our organic supermarket: from goods receipt, storage and attractive presentation to checkout, back office and expert advice on organic products. You actively support daily operations, handle ordering processes, implement promotions and seasonal campaigns, and monitor product quality at the fruit & vegetable, cheese and bakery counters as well as in our bistro.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Expert, friendly customer service
• Operating checkout and balancing cash
• Implementing marketing activities
• Ordering, receiving, quality control and storage of goods
• Assisting with sales promotions and seasonal placements

What you bring:

• Good school leaving certificate, ideally intermediate level
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• Strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
