Retail Management Apprenticeship (m/f/d) 2026 – Kassel-Kirchweg

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship you will discover every area of a Denns organic supermarket – from goods receipt and presentation to expert advice on organic products for our customers. You actively shape our daily business: operating tills, managing orders, implementing seasonal campaigns, maintaining our bakery & cheese counters, assisting in the bistro, plus back-office tasks.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Expert, friendly customer service and advice
• Cash handling and daily till reconciliation
• Planning and executing promotions and marketing activities
• Ordering, receiving, quality-checking and storing goods on schedule
• Supporting seasonal displays and sales campaigns

What you bring:

• Good intermediate school-leaving certificate or higher
• Enjoy working with people and strong service orientation
• Reliable, team-focused and committed working style
• Interest in organic and sustainability topics
