Retail Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Kassel-Wolfhagerstraße (2026)

During your apprenticeship as a retail sales assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our organic supermarket – from goods receipt, cash handling and customer advice to marketing and merchandising. You look after our organic foods, advise customers expertly on our range and support the bakery, cheese counter, bistro and back office. Together with your team you ensure smooth operations and appealing product presentation.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Competent, friendly customer service
• Cashier duties and balancing
• Implementing promotional activities
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Assisting with sales campaigns and seasonal displays

What we expect:

• Good school grades, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• Strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
