Retail Management Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Kelkheim (2026)

During your three-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt in Kelkheim you will rotate through every department of the organic supermarket. You will learn how to present goods, advise customers on organic products, manage orders, operate the checkout and implement promotional activities – from receiving deliveries and warehousing to maintaining shelves, bakery, cheese counter and bistro.

Your responsibilities:

• attractive presentation of premium organic food
• comprehensive, friendly customer service
• cash handling and balancing
• implementation of marketing campaigns
• ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• support with promotions and seasonal displays
