Retail Management Apprentice (m/f/d) – Mannheim (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship you will explore every area of our organic supermarket – from shelving and checkout to bakery, cheese counter, bistro and back office. You will present organic products attractively, advise customers expertly, receive and check deliveries, and support promotional campaigns – all while working closely with your team to ensure smooth store operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Attractive presentation of premium organic food
• Comprehensive, friendly customer consultation
• Operating the checkout and balancing the till
• Implementing marketing activities
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Planning and executing sales promotions and seasonal placements

Your profile:

• Good school results, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy working with people and excellent manners
• Strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
