Apprenticeship as Retail Sales Assistant – BioMarkt Oldenburg-Uhlhornsweg (2026)

During your three-year apprenticeship as a Retail Sales Assistant at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our store – from goods receipt to expert customer advice. You will help present our organic foods, operate the checkout, organise ordering and storage processes and actively promote our products at the counter. Quickly you will take responsibility for shelf areas, bakery and cheese counters, bistro and back office. Our customers value sound advice – your growing knowledge of organic and natural products makes you their competent point of contact.

Your tasks:

• appealing presentation of our premium organic foods
• comprehensive, friendly customer service and advice
• cashiering and cash reconciliation
• implementing promotional activities
• managing orders, deliveries, quality checks and storage
• supporting sales campaigns and seasonal product placement

What you bring:

• good school results, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• enjoy dealing with people and excellent manners
• strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• interest in organic and natural products
