Retail Merchant Apprenticeship – Warendorf (2026)

During your 3-year retail merchant apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will rotate through every department: goods-in, warehouse, shelf stocking, tills, fruit & vegetables, cheese and bakery counters, bistro and back office. You will master our entire organic range and advise customers confidently. Together with your team you ensure smooth operations and implement promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Your tasks

• Attractive presentation of organic products
• Expert customer consultation at shelf, cheese and bakery counters
• Operating tills and cash reconciliation
• Receiving, checking and storing goods
• Executing marketing measures and seasonal placements

• At least intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades
• Enjoy dealing with people and strong team spirit
