Retail Merchant Apprenticeship (f/m/d) 2026 – Winnenden

During your 3-year retail merchant apprenticeship you will explore every area of the store – from goods-in and warehousing to customer consultation, checkout and back-office processes. You will present organic foods attractively, advise customers competently, support ordering and promotional activities and actively work in the bistro, cheese and bakery counters.

Your tasks:

• Presenting and arranging premium organic foods
• Friendly, expert customer advice
• Checkout operations and balancing
• Implementing marketing campaigns
• Organizing ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Supporting sales promotions and seasonal placements

What you bring:

• Good school results, preferably intermediate school leaving certificate
• Enjoy working with people
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Commitment and sense of responsibility
• Interest in organic and natural products
