Retail Management Apprenticeship – Worms (2026)

During your 3-year retail management apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will discover every area of our store: from goods receipt and presentation to checkout processes and expert advice on organic products. You take responsibility for shelving, support bakery, cheese counter, bistro and back-office operations and actively promote campaigns and seasonal offers on the shop floor.

Your responsibilities:

• attractively presenting high-quality organic food
• providing comprehensive, friendly customer advice
• cashiering and cash reconciliation
• implementing promotional activities
• managing ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• supporting sales campaigns and seasonal displays

What you bring:

• good school results, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• enjoy working with people and excellent manners
• strong team spirit, commitment and sense of responsibility
• interest in organic and natural products
