Apprenticeship – Mechatronics Engineer (f/m/d) in Wind Energy

Starting 01.09.2026 we will train you to become a certified Mechatronics Engineer (f/m/d) in wind energy. In three and a half years you will learn mechanics, electrics, hydraulics and control technology and apply your knowledge immediately in practice.

Your profile:

  • physically fit, free from vertigo and at least 17 years old
  • intermediate school-leaving certificate with good grades in maths and physics
  • will have category-B driving licence by the second year of training
  • ready to travel nationwide and work at changing locations

Your training:

  • basic course in our in-house workshop in northern Germany
  • intensive on-turbine assignments with experienced trainers
  • preparation for final exam and add-on qualification “qualified electrician”
  • 38.5 h/week, 30 days holiday, free company fitness programme and corporate discounts

After successful graduation you will independently carry out mechanical, electrical and control-technical work on wind turbines – opening the door to a secure, long-term career in the key industry of the energy transition.
