Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year

Training allowance (varies by federal state, monthly gross):

• 1st year: from €1,190
• 2nd year: from €1,290
• 3rd year: from €1,420 (retail merchant only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

What you’ll experience with us

• Theatre workshop "Adventure Culture"
• Hands-on experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
• Comprehensive knowledge of organic products & Alnatura range
• Classic sales tasks: shelf stocking, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management tasks: ordering, inventory, promotions, staff scheduling
