Working hours: 37.5 hrs/week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days/year

Training allowance (varies by federal state, monthly gross, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchant track only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

What you will experience

• Theatre workshop "Adventure Culture"
• Practical experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
• In-depth knowledge of organic products and the Alnatura range
• Classic retail tasks: stock presentation & rotation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management tasks: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
