Training allowance (monthly gross, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail merchants)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from the first year

What you will experience

• Theatre workshop “Adventure Culture”
• Practice on an organic farm or organic production facility
• Deep dive into organic products & Alnatura range
• Sales: shelf-stocking, freshness checks, checkout, advice
• Store management: ordering, inventory, promotions, staff scheduling
