Working hours: 37.5 h/week (full-time)

Holiday: 36 days per year

Training allowance: varies by federal state, minimum monthly gross

• Year 1: EUR 1,190
• Year 2: EUR 1,290
• Year 3: EUR 1,420 (retail merchant track only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

What you will experience

• Theatre workshop "Adventure Culture"
• Hands-on experience on organic farms or in organic production facilities
• In-depth knowledge of organic products and the Alnatura range
• Core retail tasks: shelf-stocking & presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management tasks: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
