Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Holiday: 36 days per year

Monthly training allowance (gross, minimum):

• Year 1: €1,190
• Year 2: €1,290
• Year 3: €1,420 (retail management apprentices only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

Your experiences with us

• “Adventure Culture” theatre workshop
• Hands-on experience on organic farms or in organic production facilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of organic products and the Alnatura range
• Core retail tasks: product presentation, freshness checks, checkout, customer advice
• Store management tasks: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns, staff scheduling
