Working hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Holiday leave: 36 days per year
Monthly training allowance (gross):

• 1st year: €1,190
• 2nd year: €1,290
• 3rd year: €1,420 (retail merchant apprentices only)
• Christmas and holiday bonus from year one

Your experience with us

• Theatre workshop “Cultural Adventure”
• Hands-on experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
• In-depth knowledge of organic products and the Alnatura range
• Classic retail tasks: stocking and presentation, freshness checks, cashiering and customer consulting
• Store management tasks: ordering, inventory, marketing campaigns and staff scheduling
