Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) – Bad Aibling (2026)

During your 3-year retail sales apprenticeship you will discover every area of our organic supermarket: product care, customer consultation, checkout, goods receipt, bakery and cheese counters. You support daily operations and advise customers competently on organic products. After successful graduation we offer you a permanent full-time position.

Your responsibilities

• Present and maintain our premium organic range
• Provide friendly, expert advice and service to customers
• Receive, store and prepare goods for sale
• Operate checkout and balance daily takings
• Implement promotions and marketing activities
