Retail Sales Apprentice (m/f/d) – Bielefeld 2026

During your 3-year retail sales apprentice programme (m/f/d) at Denns BioMarkt you will gain comprehensive know-how in every store department: from goods receipt and presentation of premium organic food to expert customer advice. You actively support the fruit & vegetable, cheese & bakery, bistro and back-office teams and ensure smooth daily operations.

Your responsibilities

• Attractively presenting and arranging organic products
• Advising customers on natural and organic foods
• Receiving, storing and preparing goods for sale
• Operating the checkout and balancing cash
• Implementing promotions and marketing campaigns
