Retail Sales Apprenticeship (m/f/d) Organic Grocery – Schwetzingen (2026)

During your 3-year retail sales apprenticeship in organic grocery you will rotate through every department of our Denns BioMarkt in Schwetzingen. You learn goods receipt, storage, refrigeration, hygienic presentation of fruit & vegetables as well as checkout operations and cash reconciliation. A key focus is providing expert advice to customers on organic food, natural products and sustainability. Step by step you take responsibility for shelf maintenance, inventory control and small promotional campaigns. You work closely with the bakery, cheese counter, bistro and back office to ensure smooth store operations.
