Site Manager (f/m/d) for Power Transformers and Reactors

Your mission

As Site Manager you ensure the on-time and high-quality assembly of power transformers and reactors worldwide. You coordinate maintenance, warranty and repair work, manage customers and subcontractors and maintain consistent quality and safety standards. Independent documentation, weekly reporting and continuous process improvement complete your scope of duties.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as industrial mechanic, metal worker, mechatronics technician or similar
• Experience in assembling transformers/reactors or comparable heavy equipment
• First leadership experience preferred
• Very good command of German and English
• Willingness to travel globally for assembly assignments (approx. 90 %)
• Driving licence class B
