Procurement Intern (m/f/d)

Your day-to-day

You raise purchase orders for parts and services that keep our factory running – from the office or remotely via company laptop. When clarification is needed, suppliers and colleagues are just a quick call away. Flexible hours let you balance university and work effortlessly.

Your tasks

  • Communicate with Siemens Energy suppliers and internal departments
  • Create and track purchase orders in SAP
  • Provide continuous support to the procurement team
  • Handle administrative activities
  • Monitor inventory levels in our ERP system (SAP)
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses

Your profile

  • Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Technical Management
  • Agile mindset and sense of responsibility
  • Precise working style
  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week (4 days) in office routine
  • Proficient MS Excel user level preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage
