District Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Oversee up to seven stores, ensuring targets are met through professional and empathetic leadership
• Support store managers on technical and leadership issues while actively contributing to company development
• Analyse internal KPIs, identify improvement potential and implement effective measures
• Accompany new store openings and refurbishments

Your profile

• Vocational training in grocery retail or degree in business administration
• Several years of sales and management experience in food retail plus proven analytical skills
• Strong interest in organic food and natural products
• Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools
• Goal-oriented, communicative personality with high sense of responsibility
