Your Day-to-Day Overview

Own and exceed revenue targets for CP Service.

How You Create Impact

  • Engage stakeholders during pre-qualification and feasibility phases to steer customers toward Siemens Energy solutions.
  • Define bid/win strategies covering market situation, customer value drivers, competitor landscape, target pricing and efficiency.
  • Develop competitive technical solutions (equipment selection, scope optimisation) and lead technical clarification and negotiation.
  • Coordinate with the proposal team to prepare tender documents on time and manage internal bid reviews (GO/NO GO, LOA, etc.).
  • Support commercial negotiations, hand contracts to project management, and make adjustments to ensure project success.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with design institutes, distributors and EPC contractors; set up channel performance reviews.
  • Capture market and customer trends to feed product development and support localisation, reference power studies and company strategy.

What You Bring

  • ›3 years in oil & gas.
  • Min. 2 years in sales & tendering.
  • Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Engineering, Automation or similar.
  • Results-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English.
