How You Create Impact
- Engage stakeholders during pre-qualification and feasibility phases to steer customers toward Siemens Energy solutions.
- Define bid/win strategies covering market situation, customer value drivers, competitor landscape, target pricing and efficiency.
- Develop competitive technical solutions (equipment selection, scope optimisation) and lead technical clarification and negotiation.
- Coordinate with the proposal team to prepare tender documents on time and manage internal bid reviews (GO/NO GO, LOA, etc.).
- Support commercial negotiations, hand contracts to project management, and make adjustments to ensure project success.
- Build and maintain partnerships with design institutes, distributors and EPC contractors; set up channel performance reviews.
- Capture market and customer trends to feed product development and support localisation, reference power studies and company strategy.
What You Bring
- ›3 years in oil & gas.
- Min. 2 years in sales & tendering.
- Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Engineering, Automation or similar.
- Results-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English.
