Your Day at a Glance

Join our central Portfolio Management team as Real Estate Portfolio Data Manager. You will oversee the portfolio data landscape of Siemens Energy Real Estate, ensuring data requirements, processes and tools align with our data strategy and lay the foundation for digitization. You will monitor the global real estate portfolio to identify optimization opportunities and act as operational manager of the portfolio data tool, collaborating with stakeholders across the function.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Optimize data structure, processes and software to build a robust real-estate data landscape
• Manage the real-estate portfolio application and serve as Business Owner
• Represent Portfolio Management in projects and digitalization initiatives
• Act as single point of contact for all portfolio-data topics; safeguard high data quality
• Develop KPIs and monitor portfolio performance to spot risks and optimization potential
• Deliver regular dashboards, management presentations and ad-hoc reports

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Data Science or Real Estate plus 10+ years of real-estate data-management experience
• Expert knowledge of real-estate KPIs: lease, space and facility data and strategic drivers
• Strong command of data-governance and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to visualize complex data for non-expert audiences
• Demonstrated project-management and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluency in English
