Senior HR Strategy & Excellence Manager (f/m/d)

Mode of Employment: Full-time or Part-Time / PermanentA Snapshot of Your Day As part of our HR Excellence team within the Center of Competence Strategy, Excellence & Culture, you will play a critical strategic role in shaping HR governance, driving large-scale process and transformation initiatives, and enabling enterprise-wide excellence.This role is ideal for senior strategic generalists with deep experience in complex environments who can influence at senior levels, orchestrate cross-functional collaboration, and set standards for HR excellence.How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Lead the design and governance of enterprise‑wide HR frameworks, operating models, and global process standards
• Guide strategic decision‑making through advanced analytics and structured methodologies
• Manage major global HR projects and programs
• Define reporting landscapes and oversee KPI governance and data‑driven operating mechanisms
• Drive global end‑to‑end process excellence, harmonization, and operational consistency
• Influence senior stakeholders and steer change and communication strategies to enable adoption

What You Bring

• Study degree in Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent 
• Extensive experience in HR strategy, consulting, transformation, or large-scale program or project leadership
• Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and systems-thinking capabilities
• Expertise in HR governance, operating models, and enterprise process design
• Excellent influencing skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders with high degree of autonomy, resilience, and strategic judgment
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
