What you will do

  • Handle phone calls, emails and occasional face-to-face contacts to answer questions and solve issues.
  • Liaise with other energy suppliers when required.
  • Deliver one-stop customer service: you will see every case through to resolution without passing customers between departments.
  • Find quick, outstanding solutions while the company scales fast.
