Training location: Bad Homburg, Basler Str. 1
Working hours: 37.5 hrs/week (full-time)
Holiday: 30 days in year 1, 36 days from year 2
Salary: at least €1,190 (year 1), €1,290 (year 2), €1,420 (year 3, retail merchant only) gross/month, plus Christmas and holiday bonus from year 1

What you will experience

• Theatre workshop "Adventure Culture"
• Hands-on experience on an organic farm or in an organic production facility
• In-depth knowledge of organic products and the Alnatura range
• Classic sales tasks: presenting goods, freshness checks, checkout, advising customers
• Store management: ordering, inventory, promotions, staff scheduling
