Start your apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician (f/m/d) for wind energy on 01 September 2026 in Bad Steben. Over 3.5 years you will learn mechanics, electrical engineering, hydraulics and control technology and apply this knowledge directly on state-of-the-art wind turbines.

Your profile

• Interest in modern technology and renewable energy
• Physical fitness and head for heights
• Solid knowledge of mathematics and physics
• (Soon) completed school-leaving certificate or motivation to switch careers
• Minimum age 17 at start of training; Class B driving licence by second year
• Willingness to travel

Training course

After comprehensive basic training at our workshop in northern Germany you will work hands-on with experienced colleagues on wind turbines. Upon successful completion you will also qualify as an electrician, laying the foundation for a long-term career in the key industry of the energy transition.
