As a Technical Writer you create safe, compliant and user-friendly work instructions for assembly, installation and commissioning – with a clear focus on the tower segment. You collaborate closely with engineers and international teams, review safety-critical documentation and ensure adherence to preventive safety-in-design standards. Integrating risk-assessment results into every document is part of your daily routine.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Develop, update and maintain work instructions and checklists based on engineering data, site feedback and project requirements
Guarantee compliance with preventive safety-in-design principles and national/international regulations
Facilitate risk assessments and map identified risks accurately into documentation
Work tightly with development and project engineers to define standard installation processes for new turbines
Build and maintain a structured database of baseline documents for cross-project use
Coordinate multiple documentation work-streams across stakeholders
Verify document quality against standards and templates
Create field-ready, crystal-clear content for on-site technicians
Drive continuous improvement of templates, processes and documentation standards
Cooperate internationally, especially with teams in Denmark

What You Bring

Technical degree or equivalent and at least 6 years of proven technical-writing experience
Proficiency in DITA/XML authoring tools (e.g. Arbortext Editor, Oxygen, XMetal)
Deep knowledge of DITA best practices and topic-based authoring
Experience with vector-based illustration tools and technical graphics
Hands-on background in content-management systems
Strong Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-functional, international teamwork
Highly structured, proactive and result-oriented working style
Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
