Customer Success Coordinator - Italian Speaker - VIE

Your role

• Drive program roll-out: craft internal communications, deliver buyer training sessions, provide day-to-day support via email/phone
• Secure adoption and KPI targets: analyse dashboards, define benchmarks, increase solution utilisation
• Implement customer-specific configurations: adjust workflows, showcase customisation options
• Voice customer feedback internally: help shape tools and processes, share best-practice examples

Requirements

• 2+ years’ B2B account support or customer-success experience, preferably in software/SaaS
• Native-level Italian (customer-facing) plus fluent English (company language); German or French a plus
• Strong analytics: Excel (pivot tables, KPI calculations) and compelling slides/PowerPoint
• Self-organised, clear prioritiser, collaborative mindset

Conditions

Location: Barcelona (hybrid); Contract: VIE (Volontariat international en entreprise) via Business France – 12-24 months.
