Conversion Rate Optimization Manager (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

• Own full-funnel conversion optimisation from first click to qualified lead request
• Design, prioritise and manage systematic A/B and multivariate tests to boost lead quality
• Optimise landing pages and funnel logic together with the web team to deliver best-in-class UX
• Analyse user behaviour in depth with Google Analytics, Hotjar etc. and translate data into clear recommendations
• Align closely with performance marketing to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC)
• Track CRO & AI trends and turn them into scalable growth levers for 1KOMMA5°

Your profile

• Several years of experience in CRO, web analytics or growth hacking, ideally for complex B2C products
• University degree or comparable qualification focused on data and user behaviour
• Expert in A/B testing methodology and common analytics & testing tools
• Passionate about deep-diving into data, simplifying complexity and setting clear priorities
• Strong sense of sales psychology and creating intuitive user journeys
• Pro-active, self-driven and eager to help shape the energy transition
