Your mission
Your tasks
- Monitor and analyse our sales funnels and identify bottlenecks
- Develop data-driven action plans for optimisation
- Daily KPI tracking (show-up rate, conversion, capacity utilisation)
- Support forecasting and performance-improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain a knowledge base for sales insights
- Drive projects on process automation and optimisation
- Work closely with team leads and internal stakeholders
Your profile
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Data Science or similar
- 0–1 year relevant experience, preferably in a start-up environment
- First experience in team coordination and project work is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Airtable or similar tools is desirable
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Analytical mindset, high learning ability and proactive attitude
- Fluent German and English
