Your role

As Junior Operations Manager you will run and optimise all operational processes around smart-meter systems. You ensure smooth workflows between market partners and grid operators and contribute directly to the success of the energy transition.

• Monitor and optimise metering-point processes
• Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
• Track and improve KPIs together with the Operations team
• Coordinate communication with grid operators and other market partners
• Identify process improvements and help shape our digital solutions

Your profile

• University degree (engineering, business, energy economics, IT, etc.) or comparable vocational training
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High initiative, team spirit and passion for sustainable energy supply
• Confident communication with external partners
• Native-level German (C1) and good English skills
