Hands-on training on site: You accompany installation teams nationwide, coaching them directly at customers’ premises with a focus on AC-light mounting processes.
Technical guidance during onboarding: Serve as the point of contact for new teams, ensuring our installation standards are implemented correctly.
Develop digital learning content: Together with the 1K5° Crafts Academy you create practical training modules—step-by-step guides, videos and more.
Quality assurance & documentation: Inspect workmanship, give constructive feedback and record learning progress plus optimization potential.

Your profile:

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g. electronics technician for energy and building technology) or comparable qualification
Practical experience in PV installation, ideally in the AC area
Didactic skills and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge
Willingness to travel: class-B driving licence, nationwide assignments up to 4 weeks per month
Structured, self-reliant working style and strong communication skills
