Job Description

• Close deals with pre-qualified customers through persuasive, consultative video calls—no field sales.
• Use our state-of-the-art video tool to offer personal, face-to-face advice from the office.
• Work digitally with a modern CRM and streamlined sales workflows.
• Help launch and scale our new heat-pump product line.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven sales experience.
• Quick learner able to master heat-pump technology and answer all customer questions.
• Strong team player, excellent communicator, highly self-motivated.
• Organized, responsible, solution-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about personal growth and sustainable energy solutions.
