Job Description

Build and lead the Learning & Development function for Enpal Heat. You will design tailored leadership programmes, coach managers and establish scalable L&D structures. In perspective you will head a growing L&D team.

• Develop and execute L&D strategy for Enpal Heat
• Design and deliver leadership-development programmes
• Create trainings on communication, feedback and leadership mindset
• Coach managers and run workshops
• Support change projects through learning initiatives
• Implement performance- and feedback cycles
• Build scalable L&D structures
• Design soft-skill trainings for sales teams

Qualifications

• University degree (Business, Psychology, Education or similar)
• Several years of L&D experience focused on leadership development
• Experience in setting up or expanding L&D departments
• Coaching, trainer or organisational-development certification preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Start-up/scale-up experience preferred
