Senior QA Automation Engineer – System Integrations Team (f/m/d)

Your role

As Senior QA Automation Engineer (IoT) you will build automated regression pipelines, coach the team on test design & coverage, triage bugs and solve complex problems on our way to 100% green energy.

• Build rock-solid test automation for cloud and embedded stacks (Pytest, Robot Framework, CI/CD).
• Push hardware QA to the next level: load, security and fuzz testing of MQTT, Modbus, OCPP, Zigbee, Wi-Fi devices.
• Establish QA processes, co-design architecture and lead our cross-team QA guild.
• Use empathy to solve real customer issues from idea to field deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years QA (manual & automation), including IoT/embedded products.
• Strong scripting and framework-building skills (Python, Pytest, Robot or similar).
• Solid grasp of IoT protocols and debugging tools (JTAG, Wireshark, serial consoles).
• Hands-on Azure, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD for embedded systems.
• Passion for quality, curiosity and the ability to empower teams.
