Deputy Store Manager Organic Supermarket (m/w/d) – Berlin-Albrechtstraße

Your Responsibilities

• Support the store manager, lead shifts and coordinate tasks
• Organise, plan and take charge of all activities during your shift
• Ensure smooth goods flow throughout the store
• Advise our customers, sell high-quality organic products and help keep the store in perfect shape
• Contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction through your commitment
• Act cooperatively, appropriately, thoughtfully and with empathy

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as Retail Sales Assistant (m/f/d) or comparable professional experience
• Career changers with experience in team-oriented staff leadership are also welcome
• Enjoy selling and an instinct for customer needs
• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and flexibility
• Sales orientation combined with a careful and structured approach
