Assist in rolling out digital solutions nationally and internationally
Conduct make-or-buy analyses, compare software options against core customer/market requirements
Design and maintain modular training material (e-learning, quick guides, workshops) for our proprietary software suite
Serve as first-level support for software and process issues; fix customer-oriented technical roadblocks
Track and analyse relevant KPIs to identify improvement potential
Liaise with Product, Sales, Operations & Engineering to meet local requirements
Own end-to-end projects from research to successful user onboarding

Enrolled in a German university (Business, Computer Science or similar), available min. 20 h/week
Solution-oriented, analytical, hands-on mindset with high personal initiative
Enjoy communicating with international stakeholders and country-specific demands
Endurance and resilience within a fast-growing environment
Confident in Google Workspace and collaboration tools (Miro, Notion); basic coding skills or technical understanding a plus
Fluent in German and English (C1/C2)
