Technical Project Manager

Your Day at a Glance

As a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) in our Generator & Hub division you will drive cutting-edge Direct Drive generator projects from our Brande site. You define project scopes, align technical activities across design, test and supply-chain teams and ensure stakeholder commitment from kick-off to hand-over into serial production.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Define technical requirements, deliverables and success criteria
• Act as the primary interface between engineering, sourcing, test and quality teams
• Secure resources, track progress and mitigate risks to reach every milestone
• Support test campaigns and coordinate sign-off procedures
• Foster continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and lessons learned

What You Bring

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience, incl. 2+ years leading technical development projects
• Proven stakeholder and supplier-management skills
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
• Strong analytical mindset, hands-on attitude and team player mentality
