Lead Project Engineer (with German)

Your day at a glance

You coordinate technical projects, communicate with customers and teams, solve technical challenges and ensure all processes run on schedule. Your tasks include technical details, document control and workflow optimisation.

Your responsibilities

• Lead project works during the execution phase
• Coordinate the on-site project team
• Work closely with the project manager
• Take over the technical proposal into project execution
• Analyse contract documents and technical documentation
• Participate in technical customer meetings
• Ensure project documentation handover
• Comply with and optimise internal processes

Your profile

• University degree in mechanical engineering and experience in the energy sector
• Minimum 5 years professional experience, preferably with steam turbines
• Knowledge of steam-turbine design (process and heat balance, layout)
• German B2, English B2; Russian/Polish advantageous
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead project teams
