A Snapshot of Your Day

In the role of a member of the Spare Parts Bid Team (m/f/d), you can expect a dynamic and varied day. Your responsibilities encompass the entire process of spare parts delivery for customers in the Middle East and Asia Pacific region. From preparing offers to technical clarifications internally and with customers, to order acquisition and processing in SAP. You ensure timely delivery and keep important KPIs such as order intake and offer response time in focus. Adaptability and prioritization skills are crucial to efficiently handle urgent inquiries while managing daily operations to provide our customers with prompt and satisfactory service.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Main point of contact for regional entities and customers regarding inquiries about steam turbine spare parts in the European and Africa region
• Collaboration with regional entities to develop and implement country strategies
• Proactive acquisition of projects from customers, managing the project pipeline to exceed customer expectations
• Preparation of offers considering key financial metrics in SAP and effective management of won projects
• Driving digitalization projects in the spare parts business for industrial steam turbines
• Actively supporting the rollout of an online sales channel for our spare parts business through the Energy Shop

What You Bring

• Technical background - ideally technical university degree (e.g. mechanical, electrical, industrial) or practical technical experience (e.g. you worked in design engineer office, field service technician, etc.)
• You have a knowledge/experience in rotating equipment or you have experience in sales
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• You hold EU passport or citizenship as you will be travelling (up to 15 % a year)
• Ability to commute to the office in Brno 3 times a week.
