CNC Machine Operator (3-shift) – District 15
- Set up and operate CNC machines, carry out corrections according to measurement protocols
- Interpret CNC programs and technical drawings, change tools
- Perform change-overs and adjustments, replace clamping fixtures
- Measure parts with hand gauges and checking templates, evaluate measuring protocols
- Assemble and preset cutting tools, document machining steps in the ERP system
- Comply with 5S and health, safety, quality & environmental regulations
- Willingness to work 3-shift schedule
- Completed vocational training as machinist, CNC operator or similar
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, fluent in reading technical drawings
- Precise, reliable working style, seeking long-term career in metal-working industry
- Experience in multinational environment, knowledge of Heidenhain / Siemens controls
- Crane / heavy-equipment licence, communicative German and/or English skills
