Industrial Gas Turbine Electrical Site Installation Engineer

Your Day With Us

As a member of the MGT New Unit team you will carry out electrical installation and commissioning of medium-sized industrial gas turbines at customer sites worldwide. You lead the electrical installation, coordinate up to 30 local technicians, liaise with customers and project management, and keep work progress documented.

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSc/MSc) or comparable experience in mechanics, energy, O&M, marine or aviation
• Mechanical knowledge an advantage
• English (intermediate or above)
• MS Office skills
• Willingness to travel on 10–12-week assignments
• Self-reliant, quality-focused work style
• Team player with high adaptability
• Leadership and decision-making ability
• Intercultural openness

• Lead electrical installation of the gas turbine
• Supervise local labour (10–30 people)
• Customer & project communication
• Reporting and documentation
