Your Responsibilities

• Team-oriented staff leadership and development
• Planning of staff rosters and holiday schedules
• Onboarding new employees and trainees
• Conducting regular stock-takes
• Ensuring attractive product presentation and range maintenance according to biomarkt standards
• Keeping the store appearance flawless at all times

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as retail merchant (food) or several years’ experience in food retail, preferably organic
• Passion for organic food
• Enjoy selling and strong empathy for customer needs
• First leadership experience, e.g. as shift supervisor or daily deputy
• Self-initiative, reliability and sense of responsibility
