Your Role at a Glance:
As EHS Manager in Projects you safeguard people and planet at Siemens Energy. You bring 3–6 years of proven environmental, health and safety expertise from power-plant outages and the oil & gas sector. Your mandate: embed our Zero-Harm culture and expand EHS strategies that protect lives, assets and the environment while supporting reliable, low-carbon energy projects.

How You Make an Impact:

• Drive the Zero-Harm Program on site, fostering a proactive EHS culture.
• Deliver roadmaps and key metrics for critical EHS focus areas.
• Minimise environmental footprint through robust control measures.
• Oversee EHS procedures during outages, perform risk assessments and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Train field-service teams on health, safety and environmental risks and best practices.
• Conduct frequent site inspections and verify policy and legal compliance.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
• 3–6 years EHS experience in power-plant outages or oil & gas.
• Valid NEBOSH IGC certificate; NEBOSH Diploma or ASP/CSP preferred.
• Solid knowledge of local EHS legislation, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic project environments; willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
