Your mandate: embed our Zero-Harm culture and expand EHS strategies that protect lives, assets and the environment while supporting reliable, low-carbon energy projects.
How You Make an Impact:- Drive the Zero-Harm Program on site, fostering a proactive EHS culture.
- Deliver roadmaps and key metrics for critical EHS focus areas.
- Minimise environmental footprint through robust control measures.
- Oversee EHS procedures during outages, perform risk assessments and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Train field-service teams on health, safety and environmental risks and best practices.
- Conduct frequent site inspections and verify policy and legal compliance.
What You Bring:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.
- 3–6 years EHS experience in power-plant outages or oil & gas.
- Valid NEBOSH IGC certificate; NEBOSH Diploma or ASP/CSP preferred.
- Solid knowledge of local EHS legislation, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic project environments; willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
