IT Help Desk – Inclusive Position (m/f/d)

Your tasks in first-level support:

  • Provide technical end-user support via phone, email and on site
  • Analyse and resolve hardware and software incidents
  • Install, configure and maintain IT workstations and applications
  • Document and track all tickets in the helpdesk system
  • Roll out new hardware and software
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates
  • Train and advise users on IT best practices
  • Work closely with the IT team for smooth IT operations

What you bring:

  • Initial professional experience in IT helpdesk or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Self-reliant, structured way of working combined with team spirit
  • IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, MCP) advantageous
  • Fluent English, German a plus
